Minutes -- Regular Meeting – April 6, 2016
7:30 PM Chairman Tom Daly opened the meeting with John Mirick, Rud Mason, Richard Bisk and Tom Sullivan plus alternate member Ann Neuburg
Board considered the site plan for Hunt & Gather at 194 Worcester Road for a proposed “Farmers Market & Outdoor Plant Sales.” Applicant Steve Bukowsky was in attendance. Conditions on the plan were decided at the last PB meeting, when John M. offered to draft a decision which could be approved at this meeting. The copies of the final site plan review were distributed and the board voted all in favor to approve it as presented and they signed a copy for the applicant to get recorded and one for PB records.
8:28 PM Board voted all in favor to approve minutes from March 23
Board discussed zoning articles for ATM and getting together with Advisory Board in advance so they can take a position on the articles.
Board noted reports from Ann N. on a CMRPC event and from Marie on a Tourism Breakfast at the ski area.
Group decided on upcoming meeting dates: April 20; May 4 & 18; June 1 & 15; July 13; Aug. 10. This schedule is flexible and anticipates only needing one meeting per month in summer but changes are possible on an as-need basis.
The board will meet with the Fieldstone Farm working group at the April 20 meeting.
8:08 PM Board voted all in favor to adjourn.
